Well, unless I am missing my guess it shows Alex Kingston holding a modern mobile phone in front of heat haze generated by a fire with the Doctor and Amy looking on.
I think it means that this story will be set in the future and linking in to the leaked press release this might be the story where the uk, in the future, is floating in space.
