Rose and The Other Doctor In 4:18?

I received some very interesting email earlier this afternoon, here we go...
Just found out this morning that Tennant is coming up to London on Friday to shoot a scene with Billie Piper. And it is literally just the one scene. Episode 4.18, Scene 163 to be precise. They're going to be out on location in a reasonably public place so there's some chance of photos but I don't want to be too specific in case the descent of hordes of 'Doctor Who' fans prompts anyone to try and find out where the information originated.
No idea what the scene actually entails but the Call Sheet lists the characters as "The Other Doctor" and "Rose Smith" so draw your own conclusions!
I am the first to admit this may be rubbish, but it has something that tells me it could be true!
Rose Smith? - Has Rose Tyler married the other doctor?
Sarah Janes cameo farewell is scene 153 and the bookstore is scene 155, so scene 163 isn't too high!

Doctor Who & The Face On Mars

(Click for a Larger, Sharper Image)

I've just remembered this, so I thought I'd share!
In 1976, NASA photographed the Cydonia area of Mars, which resulted in the now famous face on Mars photograph being published. The area has since been re-photographed and proven the face is nothing to get excited about, however...
When I first saw the image, the first thing I thought of was Cybermen (Classic, not new of course), I wonder why Doctor Who writers didn't notice the similarity also? I know Mars is more Ice Warriors and Sutekh than Cybermen, but it would have been a very clever story!
Or am I wrong and I've missed something, Doctor Who novels maybe?

Doctor who Waters Of Mars

Plot

The story is set on Mars and the Doctor will be joined by a new companion named Adelaide, played by Lindsay Duncan. Producer Nikki Wilson (née Smith) described the character as "the Doctor's cleverest and most strong-minded companion yet."

Production

Filming for the special began on 23 February 2009. In late February, David Tennant, Duncan and other actors were seen filming in Victoria Place, Newport. The filming took place on a city street, which the production team covered with artificial snow. Also present during filming were a small robot inscribed with the word "GADGET" and Ood Sigma, from the 2008 episode "Planet of the Ood".

Rumours
  • This story may feature the Ood.[source needed]
  • This episode may feature a water-based villain as shown in the trailer.
  • The episode appears to be set in some kind of bio-dome filled with vegetation.
  • David Tennant has been spotted while filming wearing a space suit identical to that of "The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit" and similar to the one in "42" hinting that it takes places roughly in the same time period. Spotting of an Ood also supports this theory. [source needed]
  • This story will likely be set on the planet Mars, as indicated by the title. Most likely to be set in a time when humans begin colonizing Mars and terraform it.
  • The cloister bell is heard ringing in the teaser; it's unclear if it will be heard in the story or is just used as part of the teaser soundtrack.
  • The Ice Warriors, the Sycorax and the Osirians have connections with Mars leading fans to belive one of these will return in this special.
  • In Planet of the Dead there is an advert inside the bus called Ocean Of Noise by E.R. Butler. This may have some significance.
  • John Simm was spotted on set while this episode was in production. As Russel stated that The Water of Mars will be loosely connected to the Final two Specials, this could once more foreshadow the Master's return has he had a three part Episode like the Final three Specials of 2009. [source needed]
  • More evidence that the Master may return is that, starting with the Fourth Doctor, the Master had always been around when he Regenerated in a Pattern. When the Fourth Doctor regenerated, The Master was in the Episode. Three Doctors later, The Seventh Doctor regenerated, and the Master was present in the TV Movie. And now, Three more Doctors later, The Master may appear, and it will then signal the Regeneration of Matt Smith
  • The Reference to "he will knock 4 times" could refer to the drum beat the Master hears in his head.
  • Another reason as to why the Master may return is on the side of the Planet of the Dead (TV story) bus is an advert for the phone company neon, and the master had a phone company last time he appeared.
  • The Berserkers may appear as the eyes of the water creature appear similar to those of a Berserker.[source needed]
  • The summary of most likely rumours is that it will be set on Mars, feature a water-based villain, the Ood, and defiantly Ood Sigma, and The Master will appear most likely at the end.[source needed]

Doctor Who Magazine 408 reports that in the forthcoming story The Waters of Mars, the Mars base is called Bowie Base One. I suppose I have to ask is there a Major Tom on board? And perhaps they know a Moon Unit too?
