In Episode 1 we meet Prisoner Zero, and its former captors, the Atraxi, who threaten to destroy the Earth unless they get him back.
Episode 2 Is set on Starship UK.
Episode 3 The Daleks are back, but you already know that!
Episode 4-5 Sees Weeping Angels loose in the ruins of Alfava Metraxis.
Episode 6 The women of the House of Calverri are vampires.

Doctor Who Episode 7 is written by Simon Nye, and Toby Jones is the guest star.

Episodes 12-13 A message on the oldest cliff-face in the universe, a puzzle box opening from the inside and a love that lasts thousands of years.
Theres Doctor Who Confidential on BBC3 as expected.
Amy Pond is in this series at three ages, as a child in episode 1, then as an adult companion, and in episode 7, 5 years in her future!
Karen Gillan originally played a Soothsayer in Fires of Pompeii.
The look of Matt Smiths Doctor is modelled on Albert Einstein, and Matt hat a lot of input into the Doctors look.
